Istana Anak - Anak Indonesia

Istana Anak - Anak Indonesia (IAAI) is a palace-shaped building similar to a Cinderella fairy tale. This palace can be a place to learn and play for children. The main building of the palace is named Graha Widya Tama, consisting of four floors with open space on the second floor. The building has two wings and a tower towering into space, a symbol of togetherness of boys and girls in achieving sky-high achievements. The inauguration inscription of this building was signed by President Soeharto on April 20, 1986. In this room are presented puppet shows and demonstrations of various traditional children's games.

The development of IAAI is based on the thought that educating children to meet the future is just as important as the need for children to play. Therefore, this palace is equipped with learning facilities, among others: Science and Technology props, anthonic and pentatonic musical instruments, healthy and educating playgrounds, and other props that cultivate the desire to know more. Here are available programs that are held regularly and periodically to expand the insights and skills of children, including games, arts, science and other activities. For children who are interested in learning the art of dance, music, gamelan and puppetry can participate in arts education and training (training) activities.

For games and recreation there are story phones, caverns, mills, sleighs, sightseeing wheels, and rabbit trains, in the backyard there is an artificial waterfall, a swimming pool, and an artificial forest. Crafts of Indonesian children's creativity are also on display, such as paintings and photographs of children's activities.

In the front yard is provided healthy play facilities, such as football house, swimming pool, story phone and rabbit train, while in the backyard there is an artificial waterfall, a swimming pool, and an artificial forest. In the palace children can play freely alone or in groups led by caregivers from schools or play groups.
